Cancellation & Refund Policy

PATEL JEWELLERS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore follows a customer-friendly cancellation and refund policy. The following terms apply:

• Cancellations: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, a cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendor/merchant and the shipping process has been initiated.
• Perishable Items: PATEL JEWELLERS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
• Damaged or Defective Products: In case of receipt of a damaged or defective product, the customer must report the issue to our Customer Service Team. The request will be entertained after the merchant has inspected and determined the condition of the product at their end. Such complaints must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the product.
• Product Not as Described: If the customer feels that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet their expectations, the issue must be brought to the notice of our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving the product. After reviewing the complaint, the Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision.
• Manufacturer Warranty: In case of complaints regarding products that carry a manufacturer's warranty, customers should refer the issue directly to the respective manufacturer in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.
