Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy
- Patel Jewellers offers its existing customers a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on eligible purchases made within India.
- The product can be returned or exchanged on the basis of its current market value, with deductions towards necessary applicable charges.
- Any discount or free gift received at the time of purchase from Patel Jewellers will be deducted from the applicable exchange or buy-back value.

Terms & Conditions

- There will be no "Immediate Exchange Policy" for Silver Bullions.

Terms & Conditions
- Return shipping and insurance will be borne by the customer.
- The cost of certification shall be borne by the customer if the customer has lost the original certificate.
Lifetime Buy-Back:
Lifetime Buy-Back is an advantage of being a loyal customer of
Patel Jewellers, wherein you may receive the applicable exchange
value for the product purchased, subject to deductions towards
applicable charges and discounts.
- Exchange of the product will be subject to verification of the product and its condition.
- The product exchanged should always be at a higher value.
- If a product shows signs of rough use or damage after delivery, Patel Jewellers reserves the right, based on quality inspection, to revise the applicable Buy-Back amount.
- Gemstones will not have any exchange value.
