Patel Jewellers offers FREE shipping on every product to customers residing within India through our tie-ups with leading logistics companies such as Sequel Logistics.
To ensure optimum safety and a hassle-free online shopping experience, all our shipments are insured until they reach your doorstep.
Safe & Secure Packaging
All our products are specially packaged in travel-safe and tamper-proof packaging. Utmost care is taken at every stage of the shipping process to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition.
We request our customers to thoroughly inspect the parcel and its condition before accepting the delivery and signing any delivery receipt.
Important Delivery Note
Once the delivery receipt is signed by the customer, the customer may not dispute or make a claim regarding the quality, quantity and/or any other aspect of the product based solely on the condition of the parcel at the time of delivery.
Shipping Time
Products in Stock
If the product is in stock, we will generally ship the product within 2–3 working days from confirmation of the order.
Out of Stock / Customized Products
If the product is out of stock or you have selected a customized product, the estimated shipping time will be approximately 14–20 working days.
Returns & Shipping Charges
In case of a product return, the customer will be responsible for the applicable return shipping charges. Any amount payable to the customer after processing the return will be calculated after deducting the applicable shipping costs and other charges, as applicable.
Free pickup and drop service is available only for locations within a 5-kilometre radius of our Signature Store. For locations beyond this service area, applicable shipping and pickup charges will be borne by the customer.
